Yes, this is Nick. The facial distortion is due to a bee attack while on a bike ride. Just one sting in the forehead. Darn it!!!

That is ugly, I know some people that look like that all the time, I'm glad you were coherent enough to get your woman to take a photo for all of us to see this phenom.
Maybe you could market this as a new botox thing. But then you still have that weird facial hair thing.

I don't see any change in his face. He looks like the same old Nick I always knew. (ha ha just kidding) I think mom's face did this same thing when she took some penicilin one time. I think I can see the resemblance.
