please tell me you have HSV-1 and not the other. I think I actually had the first hy-brid canker-herpie ever! It was a canker on the edge of my lower lip right on the border of where dry lip meets wet lip. I get canker sores at least every 14 days of my adult life. I do believe that there is a relation of herps and canks, at least a herpie, you can put medicine on.
